My 2 cents.
This is the same as doing a 2.5 in front with a 3" block in rear. Some guys don't understand the 3" block replaces the factory 1.5" block thus only raising the rear 1.5" and not 3". Also just search leveling kits on this forum and you will find weeks of reading material. One of the most frequently posted subjects

I went with Bilstein 5100s on all four corners, fronts will be a max (2.25) and I ordered an AAL from fat bobs which ave 1.5-2 inches of lift in rear. Just waiting on my wheels then I'll have my setup installed..

The 5100s are another option to think about that a lot of guys run

My block was 1 1/4". That's why I used a 2" block, raised the rear 3/4".

I went with the Hell Bent Steel 2" leveling kit. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Where did you find 2" blocks? I've looked everywhere and can't find them.

The HBS front level kit for the 2013 F150 places the rear 1/2" high. Perfect in my book and what a really well made kit.
