Here's some pics. Now I know op was looking for level which mine is not as I opted to go with the second ring (.75") up front and also added the 2.5" raptor blocks in the rear. This is with the whole eibach kit front struts and rear +1" shocks.

Looks good! What was your total cost for parts and labor?

The struts and shocks I bought from cj's pony parts for $429 shipped then the raptor blocks and u bolts I found on Craigslist for $80. I installed everything myself, it's really not a bad job if you have a spring compressor. I took my time and did the fronts one day then rear blocks and shocks the next took about 4.5 hours total.

Default eibach struts with 2" blocks

I got the 2" Auto Spring blocks installed today. Raised the rear about 3/4". The truck has 295/70/18 AT2 Toyo's with the Eibach struts set on the 4th clip. Next week getting some black wheels and then powder coating the factory running boards. Does anyone make black handle pulls to cover up the chrome door handle pulls?

When you get them, on the back of the handle cover, try trimming off the 3M tape behind the thumb indent. It'll make them fit a little better. You'll see what I mean.
