Mine is a 4x4...so the stock ride height is the same then?....why must truck related decisions be so tricky? lol

Ya it should be. The fx4 will have different shocks that make the ride a little stiffer, but that about the only thing that's different between the two suspensions. If u have the XLT off road package, u will have the same shocks as the fx4

Check out the Rough Country level. it's 2.5" in the front and 1" in the back. Allows for 35x12.5s and sits pretty.
