So I ordered avs seamless vent visors and aeroskin bug deflector
I received the aeroskin deflector and I will not be using it as it requires 3m tape to the top side of the hood
I am now looking at either the bugflector 1 or the hoodflector trying to stay true to avs to match
the only other way I would go would be from ford genuine accessories
post your visor and don't forget to say which one it is

I'm not a fan of bug deflectors but I did have one on my F250 for a few years with minimal road rash, chips, etc. I bought a cowl hood for it and left the deflector off. That new hood got chipped all to crap without it. Put the original hood on a few months ago without a deflector and it's starting to chip bad as well.

I'm going to get one for my new F150, just undecided and there aren't many that have the 2013 listed for fit yet.

i have a bugflector II on mine and it whistles like crazy..... in the spring i plan to remove it and toss it in the trash... well i assume its the bug flector making the noise, but since i put on the vent visors and bug flector the same day i'm not 100% certain, but the sound certainly sounds like its coming from in front of the windshield instead of the side windows so i'm pretty sure the flerctor is the issue

Here is mine. I am unsure of the brand because it came on the truck when I bought it. It is quiet and is connected by screws on the underside on the hood. It seems to be quality made. If you like it and want to know more I can find out what kind it is.

yes please find out what make this is, i am looking for one llike this and not the F150 one. i want the style that (like yours) goes around the grille frame and not the one that covers the top of the grille frame.

My truck didn't come with a bug deflector, so I decided to get the F-150 from Ford. I like the look, but it was making a whistle noise that drive me crazy. I took if off and now I'm stuck!

I like the smoke one that Ford has. It has F150 in the plastic. It looks nice does anyone have it? Does it make noise?

I have the F150 Deflector on my truck and I really like it...I don't have the whistling issues that other users have reported and it only took about an hour to install.
