Will 275/70/18 fit a 2WD with a level?

Does a 2.5 lift have more issues than a 2" with long term wear and tear? I wasn't sure if there was any long term issues to worry about and I do some rough trail offroading but nothing hard. The truck will be a 4x4 crew cab with a 6.5' bed if that matters.

Also, will 275/70 R18 fit? Do I want bigger/smaller? Looking at All Terrain TA KO or maybe Duratracs.
275/70r18 will fit but it depends on what you want. I did a ton of research before purchasing, and found out I wanted 305s or 295s, but started getting quotes and had sticker shock. Yeah you can go bigger, but if price is a factor, I got my 275/70r18 bfg at kos for probably $100 less a tire than the 305s. About $900 out the door. They fill up the wheel well pretty good but are a little skinny. But for the price I got them, I cannot complain.

What I really want is a 3" level along with my aal. Too worried about front end stress to do it tho.

I bought my truck with a 3" level already installed. The angles are pretty steep but it isn't something I'm TOO worried about since I'm mostly on pavement anyway. The down travel is severely limited bc the UCA hits the coil when it droops though. It's pretty annoying when offroad so I'm looking to go to a 4" lift in the future. Not in any huge hurry though. May swap to some Icon or Camburg UCAs though to help some.
