Hey, How does the trim black handle waxing? When you wax around it does it shine up where the wax hits and only where the wax hits? Just wondering how much care needs to be taken with wax.

I like it

Where'd you get the Empire decal. Looks nice and subtle and much better than the 4x4 sticker I have.

I agree. I've been looking for one as well. Have also considered simply making my own (Using the wife's cricut machine).

On my blue '05 I had a silver empire decal under the FX4 decal... it was a bit too flashy. This time around I'm going "shadow" on the whole truck. Slowly removing dumb badges (like ECOBOOST) and blacking out others.

I got the decal from a guy on ebay. He has custom made many different ones for me. That one is a 12" matte black. ($12 for the pair) I took off the FX2 sticker and placed it right even with the tail lights. I love that fact that it's so subtle.

Here's the guy:

Thanks, I'll have to check them out.

Wonder if I could get the "off road" as outlined letters, rather than solid. If not, that's still way better than the stock decal with the squiggly crap all over it.
