Mine does(green glass flakes in the paint) when its clean and sunny out but both of those dont happen at the same time often, even less now its still winter

Just a simple gloss acrylic paint for plastics... AutoZone coated about 8$ sanded primed than two Coates of paint. About a 30 min process. Did them all at the same time.
