maybe i'm just old, i grew up in the 80's, we had crewcabs back then but most were company trucks, i see too much of these crew and super crew driving around with nobody in the back with cargo that overhangs out of that ridiculously small 5'5" bed lol i just wanted a truck to carry my motorcycles, i can fit eighter my boulevard or my ninja in the bed and close the tailgate, alot more room behind the seats that people think, it surprised me when i got in it the first time, no regular cabs @ the dealer so kinda bought it with my eyes closed, only trucks @ the dealer was 4 door trucks with the ecoboost v6 or the raptors so it was pretty much useless to go for a test drive i had to order and wait 2 months for that truck! so it's special!...........just like me! LOL

Those two black blocks at either end are just covers. They can come off and I am not sure if you simply need to buy an attachment or if under there they have the holes, but that is where a see a lot of people mount their plate if they have light bars in the middle.

You can use the eco boost plate mount. Its a new plastic pad for the bumper. It just snaps into place.
