Not a reg cab but here's a 2013 lariat ecoboost w/ paper tags. Just got a 2/4 drop.

Too low in the back..Is it a djm kit? My Lincoln looked like that too after I lowered it..

It's a mcgaughys. They are lowering the front another inch bc the EB was a little light and it didn't sit all the way down.
