Yes, the way I understand it is Tuxedoblack sells these. But this is the guy making them, I just ordered direct through him, I found him on eBay. So yes, technically the vendor on this forum for these lights is Tuxedoblack. That's the way I understand it anyways haha. Don't shoot me if I'm wrong.

The price on the website is made using new headlights. I think you can order the same setup using used headlights for a fraction of the cost. He works mainly in the sale of used OEM lights but has began to enter the retrofitting world.
