So the other day i put on some LED's light strips on each side to light up the side steps. I think it came out rather well considering the cost of the lights and the little time it took to install, about an hour. I tied the lights into the dome lights so they fad in and out with the dome lights. Thought i would share a couple pics to see what you all think.

tapped into that grey/purple stripe wire.

Well the lights came with the 3M tape, zipties and some screws and mounting brackets but i just used the zipties using the holes that the stock side steps mount to. i will take some pics in the daylight tomorrow.

hopefully this link works, but i bought it for 50 dollars and it came with 4 strips. so i used the long ones on the sides and when i get my bed cover i am going to mount the other two short ones in the bed.

Def. Cool mod!! I miss my puddle lights from my exploder. I just wish sometimes when I turn on my interior lights that the cargo/ bed lights would stay off
