Default LED puddle lights

As the title indicates, I put aftermarket LED puddle lights in my 2014 FX4.
Those aftermarket lights fried the puddle light circuit in my BCM.
Has anyone else had this happen? And is there any other solution other than replacing the BCM?
Any way to re-set the logic in the BCM?

remove the defective lamps and try resetting the BCM by clearing the codes.

You need the Forscan software or bring it to the dealer or garage to reset the BCM.
I don't think it resets by disconnecting the battery.
