Default LED Light Bar Problems 2010 FX4

I have installed LED headlights and tail lights no problems. Now I installed a light bar and when I turn on the left blinker and brake lights it goes fast. I turn on the right blinker and brake no problem, but add the reverse lights and the right blinker blinks fast. I started with trying to install to the trailer lights same problem now everything is straight wired into the actual lights. More info the LED bar comes with a L,R,Backup, and brake wire. My truck does not have an independent brake power supply. I did not hook up the brake wire everything works fine besides the fast blinking. I have read many forums and I have found out I should replace the flasher, solder resisters, or I should get converters. Has anyone experienced this? I did wire everything directly to the truck lights.
