Yeah risking lives, what do you think you're doing when you blind the hell out of passing motorists? If you want better night time visibility install DOT approved driving lights as mentioned by danno.

(no offence to the OP here)

I do a lot of highway night driving to and from my cottage(150 miles worth) and I'm about to go buy the biggest LED light bar and install my PIAA x4 front light bars and start blinding the **** off these *****!

OP - anyone will sell you anything! If you want better lighting consider upgrading the bulbs in your truck with halogen and look to someone like PIAA!
They cost more...for a good reason.
Most of my night driving is early in the am, unfortunately in a company truck so installing extra lights for me is not an option. I have however gotten pretty good at re aiming my side view mirrors when one of those asshats gets behind me blinding the hell out me, I use to turn the mirrors down, now I aim them out a little giving them a dose of the blinding light they are dishing out and so far everyone of them has backed way down behind me.

I have auxbeam bulbs in mine. And no I don't blind oncoming traffic. If you aim them properly they are harmless. In my opinion the hids factory or not are far worse if you are driving any kinda hills. They do blind people. The only disadvantage to led is your high beams are worthless. But I have auxiliary lighting for that.

The eBay ones are junk, those amazon bulbs are junk and f150leds are junk. If you don’t want to spend $200 ish, don’t bother. Just keep what you have.

it doesn't matter how you aim them despite what you think - they're not meant for halogen housings. far from harmless.

prime example from another F-150.

If you want better lighting, do a proper retrofit. If you blind other drivers, and they crash into you than it will be on the top of your priority list.
If you want, we can get into the physics behind why an LED/HID light in a halogen housing will produce wider brighter light up close but won't reach the same distance as the halogen bulb. So you can see everything right in front of you really well but down the road is worse.

Kind of a side note, but even Ford's factory LED's on the newer vehicles are rated terribly for glare. One of the worst for factories. I will see if I can find that article.
