I had a driver seat cover start peeling on my lariat at 8k miles, I was told that the only f150 that uses real leather is king ranch with the cardigan leather seats and dash pad.
The other models are a perforated vinyl based that is textured.
Since getting my new cover on I've only used mothers protectant and VLR and have had no issues

This works for me!
Besides, if I spray the seats I invariably get overspray on the plastic trim and resr window.

I still have 2 bottles of King Ranch leather conditioner, from when I had my 04 King Ranch F-350.

While the leather is now Chaparral leather, I figure I will stay with what I know.

It worked great on my 04.

Anyone disagree?

Do you still condition your rear seat with the cover on it?
