Default lead frame or thottle body?

2012 5.0 this morning when I drove off my driveway I stepped on the gas, but the truck wouldn’t go past 10MPH, RPMS would go up, but I was not getting any speed out of the truck. parked it and turned it off, and back on did the same thing when I stepped on the gas, except this time it threw me the famous wrench icon on the gauges. Turned it off again and back on and it started working just fine. So does this sound like a Lead frame issue? Last year I had a similar issue turned out it was a bad throttle body replaced it and no more issues until today. The truck also has that Band-Aid transmission software update already. Any way I can find out if it’s the lead frame or something else? thanks

Wrench light usually means the truck went into limp mode. If you shut it off and drove away the PCM recovered from that phase. Should be able to clear it with a scan tool

You don't want to clear it, you want to know what it is and keep it in there. If you have the leadframe problem, you need a code to get it fixed under warranty. If you had a wrench, you should have a code. Although sometimes the damn computers don't work properly.
