Default Lead Frame recall number

I have a 2013 Ecoboost and it's having the transmission issue where it'll downshift to 1rst while crusing down the road at 50 and throw a wrench light. I've already had the software flash. What's the recall number for the lead Frame to actually get replaced? I tried searching but can't seem to find the latest number? Anyone else have the issue continue after the reflash?

In case anyone search's this later. Dealer looked at it. Found the P0722 code and replaced the entire leadframe under the 19N01 program. Parts took about 2-3 days to come in and driven about 500 miles now with no issues.
