Bought a set of Rancho RS5000 shocks for my truck in my sig last year. Noticed fluid leaking from the top of one in the rear. Called Summit, "sorry to hear that, we'll ship one out today and return the old one with the shipping label once you've swapped them out." No questions asked. Great customer service, will be buying a lot more from them in the future.

 

They are a too go destination when I am shopping. No fuzz, straight fwd business.
