Has anyone gutted their cats on a 5.0 I have a roush charger and want more flow I also have roush tuning, I don't have any form of emissions testing where I live but will it cause a check engine light I only have one set of o2 sensors in the cats

 

Yes it will cause a CEL, a customs tune would be able to fix that issue but would also void our Ford and Roush warranty. As for the actual gutting part I'd honestly just buy offroad mid pipes and keep your stock ones incase you ever decide to sell.
