Stopped by audio shop on way home, tech said the voice coil is seizing, I gently pushed on cone under kicker name on outside bezel where screw hold sub in and it would move slightly, rest of it moves smooth and fluid. Getting returned and new one sent to me

I've just installed Infinity Reference speakers in all four doors and am in the middle of the kicker powered sub install. Power is connected, green and brown are connected to white/orange and white/purple, ground is hooked up, both harnesses locked in to the amp, and I'm getting a green light on the amp. But no sound seems to be coming from the sub. I feel like there's a tiny bit of vibration, but it isn't moving much, if it is at all... I feel like I'm overlooking something simple, but I'm not seeing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I figured out my problem. I had tapped into the line to the tweeters. Same color wires. Turns out the speaker wires were twisted together and in a harness that was farther back than the install pics showed. I have a 2013 with the pillar tweeters, and the Sony/Sync/MyTouch system if that helps anyone else. Best bet would have been to follow this back from the door speaker from the start when I was installing them and already had the door panel off. hope that helps anyone trying to do this from the beginning.
