Default Keyless Entry Code

I just bought a 2012 FX4. Is there a way to disable the master code to get into the truck? I reset the code to something I came up with, but the factory code keeps on working. I'm asking because the factory code is kind of easy to guess....

Damn that sucks but in reality it should be hard to guess as the next code.

I saw that ehow article. It explains how to set a new code, but the factory code remains operational. Setting a new code only makes the system weaker because two combinations will open the doors.

I guess disconnecting the cable would be a solution to the problem. I found this, and unfortunately, this would get any vehicle with a keypad open within 30 minutes:

I wondered the same thing, but the manual says no. It's for the life of the truck. You can add and remove custom codes, but the factory code is there for life. The dealer may have the ability to reprogram, but we don't.

It would take you longer than 20 minutes. After so many unsuccessful tries (I forget the #), the keypad locks out for about ten minutes.
