Default just a quick simple question

On my 2011 fx4 I dont have any type of liner in it and I am about to put a bedrug in it. I have an extang tri-fold tonneau on it now and only have the two side rail plasitcs protectors on it and the one on the tail gate but nothing on the front bedrail that is right behind the rear window, it is just the painted metal, so everytime it rains it leaks abit because the seal on the tonneau cover isnt making contact there because the rest of the tonneau sits alittle higher everywhere else because of the plastic rail caps. Is there an individual plastic cap that I can purchase for there? I know I could just put a seal of some sort but I would much rather have a plastic protector to match the other 3...

thanks

Go to the home improvement store or camper shell dealer and buy some rubber seals used under garage doors or on the bed rails of campers it comes in different thickness and can be instald with adhesive, pop rivets or screws and becomes a permanant part of the bed when the cover is removed

I have the same cover on my screw 5.5 bed no leaks, only dust from the tail gate area. Maybe the gasket is bad on the cover, or it needs to be realigned. Also I do not have a bed liner.

There is no OEM piece for it. I wonder what's the point in leaving that part bare. My last truck had the same thing. When I got my Line-X sprayed, they sprayed that part and now it's level with the other bed rails

There is nothing wrong with it at all... The cover is 100 percent correct. Its due to the friggin side bed rails and tailgate having plastic on it and the front of the bed having nothing on it causing it to sit lower than the rest...

Just saying mines the same way no leaks, not even when I stick a pressure washer back there.
