Question Just for Fun Wheel Question...

... Do you know what wheel this is? It is from a 2009-2012 F150.

I'll post the "answer" later this evening...

It's a chrome clad wheel without the chrome cladding.

Now knowing exactly how these wheels are "constructed", I would be reluctant to call these wheels "chrome clad". What they are is a piece of chrome plastic that is glued with a foam-type glue to the aluminum wheel.

I've seen Ram truck chrome clad wheels with the chrome cladding removed before, but that's the first Ford wheel I've seen with the chrome cladding removed.

Mine has a "wheel skin", essentially a full wheel cover held on with tension clips, no glue. A fully finished wheel sits behind it.
