Is that bumper a different white? It just doesn't look right...

Looks like a sunlight reflection off the adjacent curb. It's fine.

But your truck is W-A-Y too clean! Go get it muddy or something...

Correct, Plasti-dip for a temporary white bumper set up. Factory paint soon...ish It was SUPER dirty and already is again. I live on dirt roads so it lasts about a half a day haha

When you paint, get some "Chip Guard" sprayed on first. Or get a clear bra after the new paint cures awhile.
