If so, a tech can clear that up with a can of carb cleaner.
You can have it done at the dealer or you can save money by doing it yourself. Get yourself a can of throttle body cleaner and a can of MAF sensor cleaner at auto zone. Should cost about $10. Take off the air cleaner housing, remove the MAF, and remove the throttle body. You'll probably notice all kinds of carbon build up. Follow the instructions on the can.. but basically you just spray the crap out of it until all the carbon is washed off (might have to use a toothbrush on tuff spots).. then put it all back together. You'll be surprised how much better your truck runs. It's an easy job.

Good luck.
