iPhone and 2011 Ford... this is weird

Default iPhone and 2011 Ford... this is weird
Okay, so I was plugging my iPhone into my Mac tonight to sync it with my favorite podcasts, etc, and poking around in the phone and in my "Books" section on the iPhone I found a file called "11395_FORD_MidBoxLit2.indd" It's got a little icon beside it which is too small to identify.

I did not put this file on my phone, so apparently it's been placed there by my truck. Anyone know what it is or if it's useful for something?

its prbly an index file for ford sync that got created when u had sync load ur contacts

I am new to this whole iPhone thing...can you guide me on where to find the "Books" and this file?
