Default Intermittent hyperflash

I know what hyperflash is. I know how to fix it and replace bulbs. My issue is, its intermittent. Doesnt always do it and sometimes the rhythm isnt steady, its all over the place. Ive experienced it with the limos i drive but i dont drive them daily.

anyone else experience this type of hyperflash?

Turns out it was a bad bulb, i looked at them as it flashed and one wasnt working but if i tapped it it worked. Then when i tried to put them back into the housing the filament broke.

I was going to say bad socket or bad contact between the socket and the bulb. Our generation of trucks have their fair share of electrical connector issues. I've replaced both front side markers and both license plate light sockets already due to poor connections and burnt sockets.
