Default Intermittent Electrical Problem-Stereo

I a have 2014 SCREW Lariat still under warranty. The speakers on the left side kick in and out at random. Sometimes just for a few seconds, sometimes minutes and sometimes they don't come back until a day or two later. Starting, stopping, opening and closing the door has no affect on the situation. I've read all the threads on common causes, wiring harnesses, water intrusion, corroded pins, amp/radio problems. I had aftermarket speakers installed ( Pioneer) after the second set of OEM speakers crapped the bed. The aftermarket speakers sound great, when they get a signal. I know I can make an appointment for warranty service but I have no guarantee that the left side speakers WON'T be working when I take the truck to the dealer. Had that happen with the sliding glass window switch. I am asking for advice and hoping one of the Ford representatives will see this post and guide me in the right direction.

following as well. Have aftermarket component set installed and powered by amp that will kick in/out and have a static/muffled sound at times as well. Cranking the volume to 8-10, sometimes 12-15 will get the signal to return and its all clear. Really aggravating when wanting to listen to podcasts/sports radio at lower volumes ~4-5 on OEM headunit.
Havent had the time for a shop to take a look but im willing to bet running new wire will resolve the issue.
