Can you install sync or bluetooth from the factory in a truck that does not come with it from the factory. I am wanting to install an ipad into the truck, but I have an 09 that didn't have sync in it. Didn't know if the sync unit was simpply p'n'p with a non factory synced system. Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated.

 

Not sure if SYNC can be a retrofit item or not. For what it would probably cost, there are far better aftermarket headunits on the market. SYNC is really buggy in my opinion. When I get ahead (yeah right) I'm swapping that crap out.
