Default Installing backup lights

I recently bought a pair of led lights that I'm going to attach to the rear bumper to use as back up lights. I just need to know where I can find the wire for the reverse lights so I can tie them into those. Any help is appreciated and If anyone has done this feel free to post pictures

You could tie in to the back up light in the tail light harness assy. Pop the tail light assy and you will find it.

Don't do this if you have a back up camera. I did this and it made the camera go crazy.

This is what I tapped in to. The 7 pin should have a quick diagram if the wiring on the cover to show you which is the reverse. On my 2011 it was the center connector.

I had mine mounted under the rear bumper using the bolts that attach the cover (exterior painted piece) to the actual bumper. This worked well, however the lights did hang a bit low like in the link above.

The lights recently crapped out and I ordered a set of the flush mount dualies, excited to get those in!
