Just got my new Kicker VSS from Beau at Rogel Ford installed yesterday. Fairly easy install with just a handful of tools. I gotta say that I'm more than impressed with the sound of this setup. I had already upgraded the doors with Polk Audios, but after running them using the included amp and sub, it just didn't sound right. Decided to go ahead and replace the doors with the Kickers and the whole thing came to life. Kinda strange since the Polks and Kickers are almost identical in specs, but to me there is a big difference between the two for this install. My 16 year old son gave the thumbs up after the full install, so I guess that's good enough for me.

Wanted to throw out a huge thanks to Beau. I'm fairly inactive on the forums, but have been almost a daily lurker since March since I got my XLT, and his service after the sale is top notch. The responses and support that he's given this forum is what I wish I could get from a local dealership. Have a few more upgrades that I want to get done and I'll be hitting him up soon.
