Default Installed Ford Rear Wheel Well Liners

I installed my Ford Rear Wheel Well Liners last Friday. The instructions were kind of lacking, I couldn't figure out what the bucket of soapy water was supposed to be for... Maybe to put on the inner lip of the fender to help it slide in?

The installation went well enough, but I did have to fight one of the sides to get it into the wheel well. I didn't take off the rear wheels, but I don't see how that would have made things much easier.

I really like the look and fit of the liners, hopefully they will keep some crap from getting thrown up into the rear wheel well area. Too bad Ford couldn't have just installed them from the factory .

Looks great. Mine should be here today or tomorrow but I have the advantage of a shop with a lift to use so I'm gonna pull the wheels when I put them on.

I have them on my truck. They look nice, but most importantly they are really easy to clean.

They make wheel well look finished. I also have them on my 13 FX4. I took advantage of the free dealer install when I bought the truck. Also had them do a line-x and access cover.

They connect at the bottom of the fender, both front and rear, as well as in the middle of the wheel arc, to a couple of the support poles that run down to the fender, and they also clip to the rails that support the bed.

As to whether it would work with a body lift, I'm not certain. If you'd like, I can get under there and take more detailed pics of the attachment points.
