I heard about this and debated about spraying it with a few coats of clear. Has anyone tried that and did it help?


As far as crap fading, I have a front Ford emblem on my Expedition that the blue has completely faded. I guess Ford sourced some stuff from China too? Not sure there's much we can do about that, I just hope mine lasts.

I put three coats of clear on mine before putting it on the truck. Four months later and it still looks the same as the day I bought it.
