Is it possible to install a new double din head unit in my 2013 with the 4.3" screen without having to spend $300 on install kit to keep sync. I only use sync for hands free calling and a new head unit with android auto should be able to do that. I have not been a able to find a dash kit that allows me to just install a new head unit. I also do not care about keeping steering wheel audio controls.
