input on a suede headliner
I've recovered many headliners in all sorts of materials including suede. My only concern would be if you have a supercrew and actually getting the headliner out of the truck. I haven't personally done one in the 09-11 trucks, but the 04-08, you had the actually take the back window out to get the headliner out. This made the job 1000x more difficult when you add that variable to it.
The actual materials involved in doing the job could be bought for under $50 bucks total, it's just the labor that will hurt you if you aren't planning on doing it yourself. If you have someone do it, get examples or pictures of other vehicles they have done or speak to previous customers. Suede is not very forgiving and shows flaws VERY easily and takes a very patient and steady hand to make it look right.
