i have a 2009 f150 and my ignition stays on, radio, dash lights, everything! even with no key in the ignition and I can not start the truck. I am getting a p1602 code but I can clear it and the truck will not start, still. I am aware of the truck having a leaking sunroof and water on the passenger side floor board after a very heavy rain. I have had this issue after a heavy rain 2 other times but the truck "dried out" I guess and has worked fine. this time its been 4 days and still the same results. any idea where to start looking for issues?
