Go explain your rights after you are dead to the teenage girl texting on her cell phone, the old guy that can barely see and is lost in front of his garage or the drunk/high ****head driving on the road.
The fact is 99% of roads were never designed to accomodate non motorized traffic, anyone walking, skating or biking on them may have the right to do so but are, in fact, exposing themselves to getting killed, just the facts Jack. The guy that runs you over may go to jail (big maybe) but you will be DEAD a quite irreversible condition.

More proof that stupidity is a TERMINAL condition.:)
