Identify this UCA?

Can anyone identify this UCA? It came up on Facebook marketplace for a good price. But I’m hesitant to buy them without more information. It resembles the ReadyLift setup but doesn’t look as strong/bulky.

Lol I did that. It was her ex’s that got left at her house. She has no idea about any of it other than she knows his truck was a 2012 f-150 4x4.
