Ideas for hanging iPad on headrest

Any suggestions for hanging an ipad behind the headrest for my toddler in a car seat during a road trip?

Cover with a closing flap if you don't have one.

Small bungee cord or velcro strap.

Something like that. I did this with our minivan years ago with DVD players on a long road trip.
