ICON UCA Maintenance
Hey large group of bad @$$ F150 owners, with a considerable knowledge base.
Does anyone have a guide or knowledge on what maintenance needs to be done on my ICON UCA's? Everything I have read says they need to be greased, but I am a newb and have no idea how/don't want to get it wrong. I live in NC for the rest of the year, but am moving back to MN so they will see plenty of salt and temperature changes.
Any suggestions or knowledge would be greatly appreciated as I want these suckers to last as long as possible.

Having the ICONs myself, here's what I do (based on advice from ICON and F150Lifts):
You do have the zerk fittings installed, right? Grease them every 6 months to 1 year, based on your use (heavy or street). I use Sta Lube Moly Graph grease. This is 2% molybdenum and graphite (NLGI). It is for high pressure applications and will make your bushings last longer. Also, I always smear some on the exposed part of the ball joint spindle drop, just for rust inhibition.
Do your ICONs have the "caps"? If so, call ICON and get a set of adhesive rings to glue the caps back on after you pull the caps off, then you grease the top of the ball joint. If you don't have the caps, get them. $39, and they will really keep the crud out of the ball joint. That's about it.
I bought one of those cute little mini grease guns and use the 3 ounce tubes. I had to buy the flexible hose for it separately though. The rigid extension is not very easy to get the job done.

This is great, thank you!
I did get the caps (free from stage3motorsports.com).
I have not done any modifications to the UCA's so if it doesn't come with it, I don't have it. Where did you get the grease gun and tubes?
long story short, I am still overseas and the wife did brought the truck to a shop to add the stage 2 suspension.
