Icon coilover question
Got a 2014 0-3" kit through Stage 3 MS for a great deal and seeing as how the kit didn't come with any instructions from Icon, and it being a first time home install, which line on the following picture are you to measure the amount of lift by, line 1 or 2??? Line 2 is where the top of the strut seems leveled out or flat across the entire diameter if i'm saying that right.
They came preset at 1.95/1.98 Driv/Pass from icon if you go by threads/line 1.
When adjusted to 2.5-2.75" on the threads the CV angles looked horrible to say the least. I dropped them to 1 5/8" and the angle is what you see in the last two pictures after driving on it for 35 miles.
Also not sure if those are great angles either ?
Is there something I am missing?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I measured mine from line one in your pics. I believe they're set around 2.75" and I've had them set at that for probably 20k miles. I've thrown just about everything at them and even at that amount of lift I've had no issues with my angles.
Okay I should have figured as much haha, took me 3 hours last night to search for a thread that mentioned something about it having to settle/ readjust. Thank you.
Was just worried about wearing the cv's on a year old truck from going to the beach with deep sand and frequent use of clay/sand powerline roads, I guess i'll readjust back up to 2.25-2.5 tomorrow and get new visuals of the angles.
