I hate dealerships..

I was offering constructive criticism of Ford Customer Service who do nothing but advise a fellow member to just try another Dealership if the first one can't or won't fix a warranty problem. You sir, should be quiet if your only response is to stir crap....like most of your posts.

OP, good luck finding the problem. I haven't noticed water in mine yet. But I'm not in it very often. I have been through several ford dealers this year for service on different company trucks.
I too was told just to go to another when I complained. I'm going there because it has a big blue FORD emblem in the front and expect FORD to have enough respect FORD customers to make sure the independent dealerships treat the FORD customers like they are their own no matter what. The mentality of 'shut up and deal with it or walk your happy *** somewhere else' is the reason companies fail. Hopefully this dealer figures this out and treats you better from here on out.

Guess I know where to try next. Still bringing it back Tuesday as they're having a water specialist come in to look again. No charge obviously. The head of service has delt with me before, so he knows my history there. Last incident was them soaking my mustang engine bay in oil after putting the oil filter on incorrectly. I complained and he got my car detailed somewhere out of the dealership. I appreciated that.
It's the little things they keep screwing up on.

Snow Storm Update:PISSED
well after 6 hours of snow plowing, I get back to my truck at the shop and its SOAKED. I drove on sleet to get to work, But this was probably the most water I have ever had in my truck. The insulation was a sponge, and the wiring harness along the door was submerged. There is a rubber grommet underneath that I pulled which drained the water... But I wish I knew where its coming from. Its GOT to be somewhere in that wheel well. I refuse to go pay Ford to do anything anymore cus They had my truck for 3 days "Working" on it. Are there any grommets/seals in the wheel well area? At this point, Im extremely aggravated.
Sorry. End of rant.
