I'd try this route if you haven't tried another dealer that's hopefully somewhat nearby. Some dealerships are much better than others from the service aspect. If not and your still under factory warranty I would get all service records, receipts, etc. and go find a good lawyer.

In your opening post you say that you can't afford to take a loss etc. You could have gotten a cheaper trim level to save bucks etc.

Argument aside, trade it in and get a different truck. Guessing you could almost go straight up with a new 14 xlt......

And you posted looking for help or opinions. Don't jump on someone when they tell you theirs and you don't agree with it.

Interesting statement that they had to put a new engine in the truck before you got it.
That's a red flag if I ever seen one.
Trade it in and get a 14 XLT
