I do use a backup camera...I use the OEM Ford backup camera. If you notice in my right cubby hole I put a screen (first pic had it in the left cubby)...it serves as the backup camera..but also will put the video from the rear headrests onto it..so i can see what the kids are watching...and make sure the video is playing and not stuck in the menu screen ;-)

I taped off and Hydro-Dipped mine. Ton's of patterns out there. Your original piece is hydro-dipped.



You can do Vinyl pretty easily and it can be un-done. Lots of patterns for going that route as well.
