Default HVAC issue

I have an 09 f150 king ranch with dual climate control. The passenger side blows cold only while the drivers side blows warm(at best) and neither side will change no matter what I set them too. I’ve pulled the fuse and it’s fine. Is it possible that both blend door actuators went bad at the same time?

Could happen. I’d swap out the one behind the radio and go from there. Shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. One under the dash is an easy job as well if you go through the passenger side foot well

When dealing with any sub-optimal cabin heating condition, it's always recommended to check the temperature of the heater core inlet and outlet temps BEFORE looking at the temperature blending mechanism(s).

If there is insufficient heat being supplied into the system, it will never have suitable output regardless of whether or not the blending system works.
