Default How to remove tray on top of dash?

How do you remove the tray on top of the dash? I tried to pry it up but it was coming too hard and didn't want to break anything.

I have a 2010 Screw.

My '11 has a rubber pad that comes off first, then 4 screws to remove the plastic tray.

just grab one end with a sharp crow bar and jerk it like there is no tomorrow! nobody looks for bolts or screws first, just rip it out. The rubber piece (that covers the screws now) will cover up any big damage
