Oh, Pine sap. Nasty stuff. Our fix to that mess was a tree service!
No pines anywhere near our driveway now!

Yeah....not an option.
Not my trees.
Biggest mistake was trimming the overhanging branches.
That just made the drips worse.

I have had good results using hand sanitizer. Applied a drop or two the the sap and waited about 5 minutes. Used a credit card inside a microfiber towel and gently “scraped” the area. On stubborn drops i had to repeat. They all came out and then clay barred and buffed the panels.

I've used Pine-sol and other pine cleaners in the past but not on modern Clear Coat Paint.
Get some in an old rag and dab the area. If it's completely hardened, it may take some time and patience. Wash well and re-wax when completed. Never had any issues with paint damage.
