Hello, I am looking to PTM a few parts on my 2013 XLT such as the ford oval emblems front and back, the door handle cups (which are currently black) and the vertical door trim that runs against the glass (not sure what to call this)

Anyways within my searches I have read about the emblem removal but I cannot find anything on how to remove the door trim, does anyone happen to know? It is possibly that I am just searching for a part that I dont know the name of.

As far as the door and tailgate cup I imagine the back panel on the tailgate and door panels come off to remove the actual handle and then pull the door cup off.

Any help is appreciated!
