Default How to open up headlights/tail lights

I know I have seen a few posts about what you need to do to open up the headlights and tail lights to get them painted, but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know how to do this or where I can find a good write up?

If it is the same as new edge mustang headlights (and im assuming they are put together with the same stuff) goodluck. I had aftermarket ones i tried to pull apart and man that glue is sticky. Very hard to get off...i used aftermarket ones also and they say stock are harder to get apart.
