Default How much off of a 2014?

Now that the 2015's are rolling out, I know that dealers are trying to get rid of old 2014 stock. I'd like to get either a STX or XLT (screw, 4x4). Realistically, how much should I be able to take off MSRP? Ford incentives show up to $8,250 in my area. Sorry if this has been discussed already. I haven't been on the forums do a long time.

Try TrueCar....supposedly they get you the best deal. Also keep in mind that different dealers will offer you a different price for your trade in and dealers are really not "desperate" to sell you a truck for cheap. Gas prices are down and pick ups and SUVs sell good right now.

$8250 includes $2750 worth of package discounts already taken off sticker. So really $5,500 in incentives. Go online and order some brochures from Ford and in a week or 2 you will receive a $750 rebate on your online account. You dont have to have the brochure. It will show up online first. Invoice is around 3750-4000 off msrp. So around $10000 off is the going rate. Some will tell you $13,500, but that includes the package discounts. Most dealers i talked with were happy to sell at invoice. But then they tack on their dealer fee of $600-$700. The dealers that didnt have the fee, had lower trade values.

I had a higher value trade and thats really what made me have to shop 15 dealers. Trade in offers ranged from $23,500 to $26,000. I drove 3 hours one way to the dealer that gave me $26000 for trade in. I ended up using my wifes X plan to cut the dealer fee down. They sold my truck in 8 days.
